North Carolina Statewide and County Trends in
Key Health Indicators
For each county in North Carolina, the State Center for Health Statistics
has produced 22 graphs representing trends in key health indicators at
both the county and state levels over approximately the past 15 years. In order
to ensure a fair degree of stability in rates and trends when annual numbers
for a county may be relatively small, several years have been grouped together
and averaged out for each indicator, resulting in three data points for each
indicator.
